As a final step, a case may be filed in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. The laws of Bangladesh govern all matters under this agreement.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court or authority, all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between taka baje and the user, superseding all prior oral or written understandings.
